  • All products returns must have prior authorization approval
  • An approved credit or refund will not include shipping and handling charges previously paid unless
    1. Received an item that was not ordered
    2. Items received damaged or broken during transit, please do not discard the damaged product(s) and retain the original box and packing as inspection is often required by the carriers
    3. Packing must include all original items, manuals etc.
  • Any claims for damaged order or missing items must be received within 2 business days of receipts of package.
