An approved credit or refund will not include shipping and handling charges previously paid unless
- Received an item that was not ordered
- Items received damaged or broken during transit, please do not discard the damaged product(s) and retain the original box and packing as inspection is often required by the carriers
- Packing must include all original items, manuals etc.
- Any claims for damaged order or missing items must be received within 2 business days of receipts of package.
